We do not ask for and you should not submit protected health information, patient information, Social Security numbers, license numbers, financial details or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

We use this information to gauge demand by market, to plan private-beta availability, to contact you about early access and launch readiness, and to operate and secure this website.

Early-access registration is not an employment application, a staffing agreement, or a guarantee of platform access. We do not evaluate you as a job applicant based on this form.

If you opt in, we will email you about private beta invitations, market availability and launch readiness. We do not sell your email address.

Both consents on the registration form are optional until you check them, and both are required to submit the form. You may withdraw your email consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred.

We use vetted infrastructure providers to host this website and store registration records. These providers process data on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain early-access registrations for as long as needed to operate the early-access program and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and we delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time.

Registration records are stored in a database that is not directly reachable from the browser. Access is restricted to server-side processes and authorized personnel, transport is encrypted, and access credentials are held only in server-side runtime configuration.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim HIPAA compliance for this pre-launch marketing website. This website is not intended for protected health information.
